Neurographic Art & Somatic Self-Care
Maybe you’ve been in therapy before and hit a wall — you understand your patterns intellectually, you can name what happened, but something in your body hasn’t shifted. That’s because trauma and chronic stress live in the nervous system.
Neurographic art is a gentle, meditative drawing practice that works directly with your nervous system to create new neural pathways — calming the overwhelm, processing what words can’t reach, and building a felt sense of safety in your body. Paired with somatic self-care practices, this approach gives you tools you can use on your own, between sessions, and for the rest of your life.
How We'll Work Together:
Neurographic Art
A meditative, structured drawing technique that uses curved lines and rounding to calm the nervous system and process emotion. No artistic skill is required.
Somatic Skills
Body-based regulation that helps you expand your window of tolerance and feel safe in your body again.
Mindfulness-Based Self-Care
Practical, easy and repeatable regulation practices designed for the ADHD brain and trauma-sensitive nervous system.
